NUEVO PROGRAMA COMPLEMENTARIO DE FORMACIÓN EN ALTERNANCIA CON EL EMPLEO

Programa Complementario de Formación y Empleo

El Diario Oficial de Extremadura publica la Orden de 20 de abril de 2017 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria única de subvenciones a entidades promotoras de proyectos del Programa complementario de formación en alternancia con el empleo en el ámbito de gestión de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, reguladas en el Decreto 41/2017, de 4 de abril que se establece las bases de concesión de dichas subvenciones.

El Gobierno regional destina un importe 6.000.000 € para el desarrollo de este Programa complementario  de proyectos de formación en alternancia con el empleo. El Programa tiene por objeto complementar los proyectos aprobados en las convocatorias de subvenciones del ejercicio 2016 a entidades promotoras del Programa de Escuelas Profesionales de Extremadura.

Entidades beneficiarias y requisitos

Las entidades locales, sus organismos autónomos y entidades dependientes con competencia en materia de promoción de empleo que sean competentes para la ejecución de las obras o servicios de utilidad pública e interés social y que habiendo participado en la convocatoria de 2016 no se la haya aprobado la totalidad de la solicitud.

Las entidades tienen que presentar una memoria-proyecto que se considere técnicamente viable por el SEXPE.

Solamente podrán presentar una solicitud de subvención para la presente convocatoria.

El número de participantes en cada especialidad formativa será de 15 alumnos máximo, salvo que afecte a localidades de más de 10.000 habitantes, en cuyo caso podrá ser de 30 participantes.

Cuando el itinerario formativo del proyecto vaya dirigido a la obtención por las personas participantes de certificados de profesionalidad, se deberá indicar en la solicitud de qué certificado o certificados se trata y la entidad promotora deberá estar acreditada e inscrita para ello en el Registro de Centros y Entidades de Formación Profesional para el Empleo de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura.

Destinatarios 

  • Personas desempleadas inscritas en el SEXPE mayores de 18 años
  • Si la formación del proyecto está dirigida a la obtención de certificados de profesionalidad de nivel de cualificación 2 o 3 deberán cumplir los requisitos mínimos
  • Carecer de titulación, competencia o cualificación profesional en la misma materia a la que opten
  • El alumnado-trabajador seleccionado deberán mantener estos requisitos a la fecha de contratación

Plazo y forma de presentación de la solicitud

El plazo para presentar solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a computar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente convocatoria y de su extracto en el Diario Oficial de Extremadura, es decir, del 4 al 17 de mayo de 2017, ambos inclusive. Aunque para las entidades en cuyas localidades haya días inhábiles por fiestas locales entre el 4 y 17 de mayo, el plazo finalizará el 18 o 19 de mayo, según los días inhábiles que haya en cada caso.
